Changes and Cancellations: All product manufacture is considered custom. The design of a door once placed with and accepted by Alamo Designs, Inc. is noted on an order form and may only be altered relative to production schedule, and only upon terms which will indemnify Alamo Designs, Inc. against loss. A door manufacture order once placed with and accepted by Alamo Designs, Inc. and subsequently canceled will be subject to deposit forfeiture. A stock fee not to exceed 50% of the full list price may also be imposed at Alamo Designs, Inc.’s sole and absolute discretion and may be relative to time of cancellation.
Returns:
All product manufacture is considered custom. Merchandise can not be returned without a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at their expense. All claims for defective merchandise, billing errors, etc. must be made in writing within 14 days from date of arrival.
Warranty:
Alamo Designs, Inc. warrants its product to be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of FIVE (5) Years from the date of sale to the user and will repair or replace any defective product or parts at Alamo Designs, Inc. sole discretion.
This warranty excludes installation, glass, weather stripping, finish weathering and threshold. Alamo Designs, Inc. finishes may age relative to exposure. In time finish may rub off in places due to the frequency of use. Alamo Designs, Inc. does not consider this to be a defect, but rather a normal process which can not be avoided, and over time enhances the naturally aging appearance of the metal. Alamo Designs, Inc. iron components are hand crafted. Some designs may dictate that slight variances occur to preserve strength and rhythm. Alamo Designs, Inc. reserves the right to make minor design adjustments in the spirit of this strength or rhythm.
Alamo Designs, Inc. assumes no liability for any labor charges regarding the installation, removal or reinstallation of doors.
Damages caused by accident, misuse, abuse or improper installation are not covered by this warranty. All disputes relating in any way to these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be resolved in the state of Texas, and such disputes shall be governed by Texas law.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Payment Terms:
Alamo Designs, Inc. requires a 50% deposit at time of design exchange. This deposit constitutes acceptance by Alamo Designs, Inc. At this time a project number is assigned. Final payment is due when product is placed on carrier and tracking numbers become available.
When shipments are placed with the transportation company, they become the property of the Buyer. Issues with product loss or damage in transit rests with buyer and carrier. Alamo Designs, Inc. will take a progressive stand to assist in the unlikely event of shipment damage. We custom design crates all product for safe job site delivery. Additional manpower or a forklift is required. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT THOROUGHLY WHEN IT ARRIVES. Report for loss or damaged shipments must be made promptly by the customer to the carrier. Deposits and payments should be arranged with a next day service carrier and sent to our mail center address as shown below. Ask to use our FedEx account number.
Alamo Designs, Inc. reserves the right to ship on a C.O.D. status.

Freight:
All orders will be shipped prepaid; freight and handling amount added to invoice. Shipments will be made by the most expeditious and economical means available to Alamo Designs, Inc., unless specific shipping instructions are indicated.
Final payment is due at time of shipment.
Customer is provided with all necessary tracking information.
Discontinuance:
Alamo Designs, Inc. reserves the right to discontinue or change any price, design, function or finish as presented on any existing product literature without notice. Any discontinuance will not apply to orders in acceptance.
